បើតាមការដឹងពី លោក ផៃ ស៊ីផាន អ្នកនាំពាក្យទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានថ្លែងប្រាប់អង្គភាព Fresh News ថា "នៅវេលាម៉ោងប្រមាណ ១២ៈ៣០នាទីថ្ងៃត្រង់ ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែធ្នូនេះ កម្លាំងទាហានឈុតខ្មៅ, នគរបាល និងជនស៊ីវិលរបស់ថៃ ចំនួន ១៩នាក់បានចូលមកថត និងកាត់យកសោទ្វារដែកច្រកចេញចូលប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារយកចូលទៅក្នុងទឹកដីរបស់ខ្លួន(ប្រទេសថៃ)បាត់ទៅ"។ ភ្លាមៗ នោះយោធាប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដែលប្រចាំការនៅទីនោះបានចេញមកហាមឃាត់ដែរ តែមិនមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពសោះ។
